RockyMounts WestSlope 2

The WestSlope is new, modern, simpler platform hitch rack from RockyMounts.

This has replaced the Kuat Transfer 2 in our lineup as the best selling model because it addresses the one item on our wish list for the Transfer - a better way to tilt the rack up and down.

The WestSlope uses a pull handle instead of a Transfer's foot pedal which is hard to reach when the arms are folded. Other than that they are very similar.

The WestSlope carries 2 bikes with a tiered mounting which eliminates handlebar interference between bikes and the tire trays fit wheel diameters from 20 to 29 inches. It does not fit 4 to 5 inch fat bike tires.

The WestSlope tilts down 30 degrees either with the bikes on or off, which allows for hatch access.

It fits both 1.25 and 2 inch size receiver hitches with included adapter.

Rack weight is just 36 lbs.
