The H3 includes almost every feature you could think of: integrated cadence, speed and power data, internal cooling, over-the-air firmware updates, dual-band ANT+ and Bluetooth compatibility.

The H3 is compatible with a wide variety of devices and virtual training application, including Rouvy, Zwift, and TrainerRoad with +/- 2% accurate power readings.

The noise level in use at 20 mph is 64 decibels, quiet enough to ride in a library.

The units 20 lb precision balanced flywheel provides quiet, vibration free and true-to-the-road riding experience and the fast response electromagnetic resistance ensures most responsive resistance and maximum power available.

For the most serious cycling and triathletes Saris designed the H3 to be capable of handling up to 2000 watts at 20 mph and able to simulate up to a 20% climbing grade.

The direct drive design directly connects the bicycle to the resistance unit, eliminating tire wear, does not need calibration every single ride like rear wheel on Smart trainers and the H3s internally integrated speed, cadence and power data eliminates the need for to buy additional blue tooth sensors.
