While not waterproof, Topeak uses a unique material process is highly weather resistant. A waterproof cover is available for purchase additionally.
Rear water bottle holder lets you carry more water on extended trips without taking up space in the bag.
Available with velcro straps to allow it to fit any brand of rear rack.
